User & Safety Instructions 3772741 PFERD TOOLS PFERD TOOLS POS round brush drilled RBG Ø76x6 mm shaft-Ø6 mm stainless steel wire-Ø0,35 POS RBG 7006/6 INOX
Description
Aggressive working brush for cleaning and removing rust as well as welding seam working on. In order to meet the special requirements for machining stainless steel (INOX), PFERD TOOLS uses wire quality 1.4310/1.4301 (V2A) on all INOX brushes. Practical experience from the industrial environment confirms that it has a very good corrosion resistance with optimal service life. All PFERD TOOLS brushes with INOX finish are marked in blue and are suitable for use on all stainless steel (INOX) such as V4A. The wire quality 1.4310/1.4301 tends to ferromagnetic behavior in cold solidification, i.e. it is attracted by magnets.;This is due to a structural change caused by deformation, e.g. during wire pulling. This does not affect the quality and corrosion resistance of the INOX trim. It retains its corrosion resistant properties. Stainless steel wire (INOX) can withstand temperatures of up to 450 °C.
Benefits: - The brush is degreased and leaves no oil residue on the workpiece. - Optimum access to hard-to-reach areas such as grooves and recesses. - Aggressive brush effect due to high rigidity of the wire heads. - Very good corrosion resistance.
Application recommendations: - Please note the recommended speeds. - For best performance, use tool drive with at least 500 watts.
Editable materials: - Aluminium - Bronze - Cobalt base alloys - Non-ferrous metal hard - High-temperature resistant materials - Nickel base alloys (e.g. Inconell and Hasteloy) - Nickel or titanium super alloys - Other non-ferrous metals - Soft titanium alloys (tensile strength 500 N/mm²) - Stainless steel (INOX) - Titanium - Titanium alloys
When tightening the brush, make sure that the shaft is clamped as far as possible into the receptacle. This is especially true for use in high speed ranges. The minimum clamping length is 10 mm.
