User & Safety Instructions 3772746 PFERD TOOLS PFERD TOOLS potted KBU Ø70x10mm Shaft Ø6 mm brass-plated steel wire Ø0,25 mm KBU 7010/6 LIT STM 0,25 4322006
Description
Excellently suitable for medium-heavy brush work such as deburring, cleaning and removing rust. Stranded wire consists of several corrugated filament lines stranded on one another. This special wire arrangement combines the aggressive brush effect of a tapped with the flexibility of a wavy brush, whereby a particularly good surface finish is achieved with an increased service life. Brushes with stranded wire are particularly robust and resistant and are therefore ideal for demanding tasks. Steel wire is the most common stocking material. Brushes with a steel wire filler are particularly well suited to surface treatment and deburring. PFERD TOOLS special wire has a high tensile and bending resistance. This ensures an optimal wear of the wire as well as a high durability, even in extreme brush applications Steel wire can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C.
Benefits: - Long service life thanks to the use of PFERD TOOLS special wire. - Optimal adaptation to the contour of the workpieces thanks to high flexibility. - Optimum access to hard-to-reach areas such as internal edges, grooves and grooves. - Aggressive and effective working due to the special wire arrangement. - Higher lifetime compared to conventional untapped brushes.
Application recommendations: - Please note the recommended speeds. - For best performance, use tool drive with at least 300 watts.
Editable materials: - Cast iron - Cast steel - Duroplast - Elastomers - Steel, cast steel - Steel materials with a hardness of > 54 HRC - Steels up to 1,200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC) - Thermoplastic - Wood
When tightening the brush, make sure that the shaft is clamped as far as possible into the receptacle. This is especially true for use in high speed ranges. The minimum clamping length is 10 mm.
