Philips 4030732583515 4MX656 493 5x1.5 WH Rail 49 W White 1 pc(s)

The mounting rail has two tasks: It serves both as a stable mounting rail for the light beams and as a housing for the power supply cables of the individual units. All rail sections are made of white or silver-coated hot-dip galvanized steel. They are available in special TL5 lengths of 1, 2 and 3 light sources for 49 W (35 W, 80 W) and 54 W (28 W). The MaxOS LED Light Carrier 4MX850 491 is also used with these mounting rails. One (5- or 7-core) or two (2 x 5-core or 2 x 7-core) flat ribbon cables are integrated in the rail, so that a safe and correct cabling is possible at all times in connection with an integrated phase selection switch and connection blocks. The 7-core cable serves to connect a light control or emergency lighting to the light carriers equipped with an emergency battery pack. Double cables (2 x 5 - or 2 x 7-core) are needed when the light beams are to be connected to a completely separate power supply. They are used primarily for emergency lighting via central emergency batteries or separate switching operations. In these cases, no additional terminal blocks or cables are required. With suspended light bands, the rail sections are connected to each other via the integrated electrical connection and a robust external mechanical coupling (accessory). Ceiling-mounted light bands use the same built-in electrical connector and internal coupling (accessories). The cables can be led as required through special knockouts in the upper area of the rail section. The mounting rail is delivered with a complete series of interchangeable components so that it can be attached very flexibly. The excellent stability of the sections and couplings permits fixing distances of 3.4 to 5 meters. The basic accessories for MaxOS TL-D / LED mounting rails can also be used for TL5 / LED mounting rails.
