Suitable for machines: This fan-type grinding disc (blade) is suitable for angle grinders of all power classes. With powerful drives the user can achieve the full performance performance of the disc. Material suitability: The Rhodius fan grinding disc Jumbo SPEED EXTEND was specifically developed for the machining of stainless steel (e.g. V2A, 1.4301), steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The disc scores here with a very high service life and continuous aggressive abrasion. Construction and production: The disc is manufactured in accordance with EN 13743 and has been tested for safety and is also OSA certified. It has a glass fiber backing plate. The user can work with Hohem pressure. With the Jumbo SPEED EXTENSION, a high-quality ceramic grain (sintered corundum) is used as a grinding grain. This is self-sharpening. All Rhodius-lamellae are also free of iron and sulfur. The lamellas are tapered on this disc. The conical arrangement of the lamellas of 10° improves the ergonomics during grinding and thus facilitates the handling. Quality: The Jumbo SPEED EXTENDED gives the user the best Rhodius tool in his category. Rhodius Topline products stand for the highest level of performance and quality. Application: The Jumbo SPEED EXTENDED impresses through high shelf life with extremely aggressive abrasion and scores with a very high lifespan. The special "top-size coating" of the lamellas also provides for a still cooler grinding. This premium tool is perfectly suitable for demanding grinding work and for optimal price-performance ratio. In the application, the Jumbo SPEED EXTENDED fan grinding disc scores with its long, overlapping louvers. These provide for a noticeable increase in performance and an aggressive erosion. Dimensions: The fan grinding disc is available in diameters 115 mm and 125 mm, depending on the version with FEPA grain sizes 40, 60 and 80. In addition, this fan grinding disc is available in diameters 150 mm and 180 mm with the FEPA grain size 40.
