Description

LED device carrier, white (...WS-...), silver (...SI-...) Or black (...SW-...) coated. RIDI-LED linear modules fitted with mid-power LEDs for highest efficiency. The boards are pressed onto the mounting profile of the device for optimal heat dissipation. Solder joints of the LED module tested according to the strictest quality standard in terms of lounge formation and stability during vibration and deformation. No heat coupling between LED modules and converter. Linear optics with extremely deep radiating light distribution from clear, UV-resistant PMMA, integrated flush into the device carrier. End caps made from thermoplastic for protection class upto IP54. Width of the device carrier is identical to that of the mounting rail. Spring steel clip for mounting the device carrier in the VLTM mounting rail. Together with the support rails VLTM for the production of modular and variable light bands with protection type IP20 and IP54. The device supports can be mounted anywhere in the mounting rail. Electronic adapter for flexible tapping of the current conduction in the mounting rail with automatically contacted protective conductor. Phase selection through sliding contact. Colour and optical coding for easy mounting. Mechanical coding to prevent incorrect mounting (anti-twist protection). If the device supports are placed variably and the operating unit is connected to the mounting rail connector VLTV ...-600, assembly is only possible. By means of an integrated, flexible resistance (ResFlex) 10 different resistances can be set and thereby 10 different light currents for the lamp (factory-setting: Maximum luminous flux). Material equipment carrier: Aluminum profile, extruded LED device carrier with color coding blue for mounting in VLTM-5, VLTM-7 or VLTM-11.
