Spectrum Filaments 80541 PA6 CS20 FR V0 Filament PA6 heat-resistant 1.75 mm 750 g Black 1 pc(s)

Filament Spectrum PA6 CS20 FR V0 is a new, fire-resistant construction material based on polyamide 6. The ceramic fillers used increase the thermal stability without causing processing problems. Thanks to the halogen-free flame retardant used, the flammability rating UL-94 V0 is achieved on printed parts with a thickness of ≥0.4 mm. Spectrum PA6 CS20 FR V0 is also characterized by low moisture absorption, high temperature resistance and good electrical insulation. No heated chamber is required during pressure and no deformation (shrinkage) occurs. The material is compatible with support materials HIPS and PVOH.

The components made of Spectrum PA6 CS20 FR V0 can be used at elevated temperatures of up to 120 °C for a long time (20.000h) and up to 160 °C for a short time (max. 200h).

The technically very attractive properties of the Filament Spectrum PA6 CS20 FR V0 can be achieved if the basic rules for the storage of this type of material are observed (in a dry and dark place with humidity below 15%). To achieve the best possible parameters of the printed object, it is recommended to dry the material before starting work.

Application areas:
- All applications where fire resistance is important
- Production of components with good electrical insulation properties
- Production of parts for operation at high temperatures
- Manufacture of components exposed to high temperature fluctuations
