Description

LED device-carrier for E-Line lighting system 7651 Fix. Designed for use in applications with high technical demands on the light band while at the same time achieving economic efficiency. Fulfils DIN 10500. The lamps are suitable for applications in HACCP, IFS and/or BRC Global Standard Food certified companies in the food and beverage industry. For combination with support profiles E-Line Fix 0765 Combination with accessories 07650... (Support profile, IP head piece) suitable for use in fire-endangered operation areas according to DIN EN 60598- 2-24 (D-ID). Attachment to the supporting profile by tool-free operable stainless steel snap locks. The correct mounting of the device carrier with the support profile is confirmed by a click-in sound. The transparent mounting elements made of UV-stabilized polycarbonate can be removed after a successful installation and thus ensure theft and dismantling protection. A combination of device carriers of different radiation characteristics or light output within a light band application creates a harmonious and uniform appearance of the lighting system through uniform design dimensions of the variants. Characteristic of the distribution of light: Narrow, half-value angle C0: 74°, half-value angle C90: 100°, main beam angle: 0°. The optical system consists of a PMMA lens optics with three harmonized, lighttechnologically effective areas and thus ensures uniform light distribution and homogeneous illumination. The flat surface simplifies the cleaning processes of the lamp. Particularly suitable for surface illumination of applications. The light distribution character of the device carrier is characterized exclusively by the technical design of the lens optics and does not need any further, light-steering components and accessories. Recommended installation height: 8- 12 m. With three LED modules (3 x 96 LED). Generation of light free of infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) proportions. The lamp light current of the device carrier is electronically parameterized in the production process as requested by the customer. Parameterized rated luminous flux of the device carrier: 18,000 lm. Rated output 122 Watt, Light output 148 lm/W. Light color: Warm white, similar color temperature (CCT) 3000 K, general color rendering index (CRI) 80, color site tolerance (initial Macadam) = 3 SDCM. Average lifetime measured L80(TQ 25 °C) = 50,000 h. Device carrier made of steel plate, white coated Length of device carrier 2,211 mm. Insect-proof lamp compartment thanks to IP50 protection class. Permissible ambient temperature (ta) 25 °C. Protection class (DIN EN 60529):IP50 Protection class (EN 61140): I. Shock resistance according to IEC 62262: IK03, test temperature for light wire test according to IEC 60695-2-11: 650°C. Self-activating electrical connection through contact pins with phase selection. The phase selection is done without any tools. With mechanical incorrect mounting protection. With electronic operating device, switchable. This lamp meets the basic requirements of the applicable EU Directives and the German Product Safety Act and carries the CE marking. A special online tool is available for the simple and quick planning and configuration process of the application. The resource-optimized packaging concept of the light band components facilitates assembly and protects the environment.
