Description

LED device-carrier for E-Line lighting system 7651 Fix. Designed for use in applications with high demands on temperature resistance, light efficiency and life of the light band. Device holders with a length of 1474 mm are suitable for the set-up of new plants as well as for renovation applications in existing plants with E-Line T5N / LED light band systems. Fulfils DIN 10500. The lamps are suitable for applications in HACCP, IFS and/or BRC Global Standard Food certified companies in the food and beverage industry. For combination with support profiles E-Line Fix 0765 Compatible with carrier profiles E-Line T5N/LED 07650 Attachment to the supporting profile by tool-free operable stainless steel snap locks. The correct mounting of the device carrier with the support profile is confirmed by a click-in sound. The transparent mounting elements made of UV-stabilized polycarbonate can be removed after a successful installation and thus ensure theft and dismantling protection. A combination of device carriers of different radiation characteristics or light output within a light band application creates a harmonious and uniform appearance of the lighting system through uniform design dimensions of the variants. The optical system with a precisely matched combination of LED lenses and blending elements provides a very high visual comfort with very high light technical performance. With symmetric deep-wide radiating light intensity distribution. Screen-compliant according to EN 12464-1 by limited luminous densities L = 3000 cd/m² for radiation angle above 65° all round. Shallow cubes of silver gray, with fine surface structure (RAL 9006). With two LED modules (2 x 96 LED). Generation of light free of infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) proportions. The lamp light current of the device carrier is electronically parameterized in the production process as requested by the customer. Parameterized rated luminous flux of the device carrier: 6,000 lm. Rated output 42 Watt, Light output 143 lm/W. Light color: Warm white, similar color temperature (CCT) 3000 K, general color rendering index (CRI) 80, color site tolerance (initial Macadam) = 3 SDCM. Average lifetime measured L80(TQ 40 °C) = 70,000 h. Device carrier made of sheet steel, silver-coated Length of device carrier 1,474 mm. Permissible ambient temperature (ta) 40 °C. Protection class (DIN EN 60529):IP20 Protection class EN 61140): I. Shock resistance according to IEC 62262: IK02, test temperature of glow wire test in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11: 650°C. Self-activating electrical connection through contact pins with phase selection. The phase selection is done without any tools. With mechanical incorrect mounting protection. With electronic operating device, switchable. This lamp meets the basic requirements of the applicable EU Directives and the German Product Safety Act and carries the CE marking. A special online tool is available for the simple and quick planning and configuration process of the application. The resource-optimized packaging concept of the light band components facilitates assembly and protects the environment.
