Description
The TRU COMPONENTS ESD plastic tweezers is a specialized precision tool for electronics and precision mechanics. It has been developed for the safe handling of sensitive components and protects them reliably against electrostatic discharge.
Material and protection
The tweezers are made of a conductive polypropylene injection molding (PP) with industrial soot and offer a surface resistance of between 10³ and 10⁶ ohms. It completely fulfills the requirements of the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
Tip form and use
This model is equipped with a straight, especially pointed tip. With a very fine jaw tip width of 0.2 mm and a short tip length of 11 mm, it is the ideal tool for gripping the smallest microcomponents up to the millimeter.
Ergonomics and measurements
The tweezers are made to work at a total length of 120 mm and weigh just 5 g, so they do not tire you out, even during long and repetitive assembly or repair work.
