Either the measurement range is very small, as with fever thermometers - then the accuracy is quite good. However, if the measuring range covers a range of 100 °C or more, the measuring accuracy decreases as a matter of principle. It "expands" with the increase of the measuring range. VOLTCRAFT has succeeded in developing an IR thermometer with a measuring range of more than 100 °C with an accuracy similar to that of fever thermometers. Whether in research and teaching, in operation or at home – with the VOLTCRAFT IR 110-6C infrared thermometer, surface temperatures can be measured without touching and risk, even with rotating parts, live conductors and objects that are difficult to access or dangerously hot. The measuring range and high basic accuracy and resolution allow a variety of applications: These include insulation problems due to temperature differences on exterior walls, doors and windows, electrical installation and heating testing and food safety monitoring.

Thanks to the adjustable emission levels, the VOLTCRAFT IR 110-6C infrared thermometer is suitable for a wide range of temperature measurements, regardless of surface condition. Even dark walls or shiny metallic parts are no problem for the Voltcraft IR 110-6C. In addition, the laser shows the measuring spot size particularly exactly. This is particularly important if, for example, only individual areas of a machine or plant are to be measured.

Clever additional functions
The min-/max-memory informs about the measured limit values after the connection. It is also possible to set a measurement range alarm that signals exceeding or falling short of the threshold values. Spot measurements can be done very quickly through the short response time and the measured values can then be fixed in the LC-display with the Data-Hold function.
