Description
The Dallas-SL by Bobby Ewing
Architects liked him, Bobby Ewing made him popular in the American success series "Dallas" in the late 1970s. At the time, the Mercedes-Benz R107 became world famous with the US mark "Ewing 4". The SL should become a successful two-seater roadster. Wiking presents it in cypress green-metallic paint. The R107 belonged to the SL-series, which in 1971 replaced the so-called "Pagode" (Mercedes-Benz W113) as its successor. Anyone who looks closely at the WIKING model understands why the SL was so stylish for the Mercedes-Benz design in the 1970s. Unforgotten are the angular rectangular headlights and the heavy-width rear lights.
Body upper and lower part cypress-green-metallic painted and finished with clear-paint finish. Intermediate part painted with cardan part silver. Interior equipment sand yellow. Black radiator grille with silver Mercedes-Benz star and decorative strips. Silver printed side window strips. Rear side rear lights printed red as well as type designation "350 SL" with silver finish line.
