The PREFIRA CONNECT wireless smoke detector ensures that an alarm is heard everywhere where networked detectors are installed – Ideal for larger apartments, houses or several floors. Up to 15 smoke and heat detectors can be linked to a radio group, so that when smoke is detected all detectors can be alerted simultaneously. For apartment buildings several radio groups can even be coupled, e.g. to alert the stairwell and the apartments together. At the same time, the detector reduces false alarms due to insect protection grilles, pollution compensation and a double-controlled smoke detection.
