Description
Spherical roller bearings are self-retained double-row bearings that consist of robust concave outer races, robust inner races, drum-shaped rollers and retainers/cages. Inner races come with a tapered or cylindrical bore.
The drum-shaped rollers automatically adjust to the concave outer race. This compensates for any shaft deflexions and housing misalignment.
Postposed characters are used to identify different bearing types.
· A = modified inner components
· B = modified inner components
· E1 = reinforced (standard)
· K = 1:12 tapered bore
· K30 = 1:30 tapered bore
· M = robust brass cage
· TVPB = PVC cage
