Description
Now compatible with Fluke Connect® Mobile APP
Fluke 805 FC is not a simple vibration measuring pin, but a high-quality measuring device. With this meter, confusing results in vibration tests are a thing of the past. It provides reliable measurements that you can rely on for important maintenance decisions.
Fluke 805/ES is an external vibration sensor that is ideal for situations where it is either difficult or impractical to use the built-in vibration sensor of the vibration meter 805. The vibration sensor 805/ES allows you to take measurements in tight-filled or hard-to-reach locations, behind machine guards or walls, or in places that you cannot reach and where it is difficult to apply enough manual pressure on the vibration meter 805.

Features
- Innovative sensor design reduces measurement deviations, which are influenced by the measurement angle or contact pressure
- Consistent data quality in both high and low frequency ranges
- Level of error scale with four steps to evaluate the urgency of problems with overall vibration and bearing condition
- Data can be exported via USB
- Microsoft EXCEL® trending using pre-installed templates
- Measurement of total oscillation (10 to 1,000 Hz) for acceleration, speed and offset for a variety of applications
- The Crest Factor+ function enables a reliable evaluation of the storage state using direct sensor peak measurements between 4,000 and 20,000 Hz
- Compare the failure levels and limits of mechanical vibrations according to ISO-10816 and save the results in the Fluke connect cloud
- Immediate authorization for next steps via a Fluke Connect® ShareLive™ video call when machine condition is risky*
- Colour light signals (green, red) and comments on the display indicate how much pressure must be applied to take a measurement
- Temperature measurement with Spot-IR sensor improves diagnostic capabilities
- Integrated memory can archive up to 3,500 measurements
- Support of an external accelerometer for hard-to-reach areas
- Torch for illumination of measurement ranges in poor light conditions
