CAP – The cup blind rivet

GESIPA CAP - By nature, air and water-tight.

The layout
For technical reasons, the rivet pin of the
CAP - blind rivets must be fixed in the hollow rivet.
This allows the rivet body to move during setting
however, it does not deform much. As a result,
A cup blind rivet has only marginal punching properties.
However, these are necessary in order to compensate for larger hole tolerances.

With care for the close connection:
If the GESIPA CAP blind rivet is carefully processed, it provides the base
For a reliable "dense" connection.
The technical conditions make a very careful preparation
Indispensable in the application. The drilled hole diameter should be so close
Be measured as possible to ensure a correct function in the application
Over a long term.
