Gesipa 1456426 Blind rivet (Ø) 4.8 mm Stainless steel Stainless steel Stainless steel 500 pc(s)

G-bulb blind rivets
The high-strength strong blind rivets in steel and stainless steel.

GESIPA offers a range of high-strength structural blind rivets called G-Bulb
In steel and stainless steel with diameters of 4.8 and 6.4 mm. The G-bulb dimensions are able to
To cover material thicknesses between 1.5 and 15.5 mm. The main features of the G-Bulb blind rivet are the large clamping area,
Very high shear and tensile strength values through to formation of a broad locking head and
The mechanical residue lock during the setting process.

In combination with the patented function embossing on the rivet shank the G-Bulb is fulfilled
Highest requirements in terms of tolerance compensation of component thicknesses and hole geometry.

The G-bulb blind rivet forms an exceptionally wide closing head, which transfers the full clamping force to the application.
With a tear-off force of up to 16 kN, the G-bulb can still be processed with commercially available setting devices.

Main features
- Excellent hole yield
- Very high clamping force
- Highest tensile strength due to wide locking head
- Highest shear strength due to residual mandrel lock
- Processing with commercially available inserts
- Process control-capable with the TAURUS C-setter
- RoHS compliant
