Description

The Heiman HS2WL-M is a compact Matter-water detector for the early detection of water leaks and frost conditions. As soon as water is detected, the water leakage sensor warns locally with an alarm sound of at least 75 dB at a distance of 1 m and a blue LED display. This allows you to reliably monitor hazardous areas in the kitchen, bathroom, cellar, laundry room or technical room.
Matter over thread enables cross-platform Smart home integration in Alexa, Google home, Apple home, SmartThings and home assistant. In conjunction with a compatible mat/thread hub, the water detector sends real-time notifications to the APP. There you can also control sensor status, alarm history and device status.
The dust and water protected housing in accordance with IP67 is suitable for typical leak areas under sinks, next to washing machines, water heaters and pipes as well as along floor edges. The compact water leakage sensor is installed without tools or wiring and can be easily repositioned if needed. The replaceable CR123A lithium battery provides a battery life of up to 5 years. For networked protection concepts, automation with compatible water valves, sirens, lights or cameras can also be set up.
