Hozelock 1870 1240 Filterset 12.000 Filter set incl. filter, incl. UVC pond clarifier

Complete filter set for ponds up to 12000 liters (with fish stock 6000 liters + max. 254 total length ). The set consists of an Ecopower Plus 12000 filter and a Cascade pump with an output of 4000 liters per hour and a 5 meter Ø 25 mm pond hose including hose clamps. . The Ecopower Plus 12000ist is an easy to clean and easy to maintain eco-filter with an integrated 12 w UVC lamp. The Ecopower+ filter is an external filter that can be used either free-standing above the edge of the pond or at the top point of a waterfall. In the first cleaning step, the Ecopower+ removes unwanted solids from the pond and converts dissolved organic and chemical fish excretions into harmless compounds. The Kaldnes Biomedia at the bottom of the filter has a very large binding area and ensures a continuous update of the positive bacteria in the water. These bacteria are necessary to remove the harmful dirt particles and to convert them into useful substances for the pond. The integrated 12 Watt UVC lamp serves a further cleaning effect and fights "green water" through green algae. The result is excellent cleaning performance and not only a clear but also a healthy pond.
