Description
The NiteCore NU45 is another model from the NU-series. The NU45 is powered by a built-in type 18650 battery with a capacity of 4000mAh.
An improved charging electronics allows a complete charging of the battery via the USB-C charging connection in only 1 hour. Furthermore, the NiteCore NU45 can be used while charging. Suitable charging accessories can be found under the article description.
The NiteCore NU45 features 2 x 4 NiteLab UHE LEDs as the main source of light for very homogeneous illumination and up to 172 meters of light range, as well as red light and a CRI white light as additional light sources.
The casing is made of metal and polycarbonate. This mixture results in a low weight of only 126 g.
The 32 mm wide headband provides a pleasant wearing feel and optimal weight distribution. The in-built optical sensor reduces the brightness suddenly, as soon as it registers an obstacle in front of it. This prevents overheating by unintentional activation. The lamp body can be quickly separated from the headband using a quick release coupling.
