Description
The NiteCore NU53 is another model from the NU-series. The NU53 is powered by a permanently installed type 21700 rechargeable battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh.
An improved charging electronics allows a complete charging of the battery with up to 16W via the USB-C charging connection in only 1 hour. In addition, the NiteCore NU53 can be used while charging. This can be done by combining the NU53 with the NiteCore Carbon Battery™ 6K extension kit to extend the runtime.
The casing is made of metal and polycarbonate. The low weight results from this mixture. The 32 mm wide headband provides a pleasant wearing feel and optimal weight distribution. The in-built optical sensor reduces the brightness suddenly, as soon as it registers an obstacle in front of it. This prevents overheating by unintentional activation.
The NiteCore NU53 has 3 different light sources. The main lighting is the NiteLab Multi-LED UHE with 8 cores (light color 6000K), 2 High CRI-LEDs (light color 4500K, CRI >90) and two red light LEDs.
