Description

Convenient while working with different shaft diameters. With a diameter of only 35 mm unsurpassed handy. For this purpose, the low weight (approx. 230 g), a pleasantly singing sound and free running through balanced powerful, quiet and durable DC-special motor. High precision through ball-bearing spindle. Continuous speed regulation with feedback effect (high traction force in the lower speed range). Housing made of glassfiber-reinforced polyamide. 20 mm system fit for flanging of MICROMOT accessories. With quick chucks.

Features

Quick-action chuck 0.3 - 3.2 mm. Particularly beneficial for all tasks with different degrees of HSS drill bits to DIN 338
20 mm system fit for flanging of MICROMOT accessories
Sturdy casing made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide with a pleasant soft component in the grip area
For drilling, milling, grinding, polishing, brushing, cleaning, removing rust, cutting, engraving, signing
for the processing of steel, precious metal, glass, ceramic, plastic and minerals
For electronics DIY, model making, precision mechanics, jewelry workshops, optician, arts, pedicure, dental technology, tool and mold making
Low voltage safety voltage, hence also for working with coolant (wet loops and disconnect).

Hints

The MICROMOT 50/EF can also be operated with MICROMOT steel chucks. This is recommended if when milling and work out with high side pressure in continuous operation is working. This ensures that the shafts for longer period of time cannot come loose. High concentricity and impact-free working due to the construction with collet better than with the quick-action chuck. The speed control of our 12-V devices only works when operating via non-stabilized power supplies (e.g. all MICROMOT transformer). Connection to stabilised power supply units is possible. However, the devices will then operate with maximum speeds (also applies for use with batteries). This text is machine translated.

System requirements

No additional power supply is required for operation. We recommend MICROMOT power devices starting from 1.0 A.
