RAISE3D industrial PPA CF filament is a carbon fiber reinforced composite filament material based on PPA (polyphthalamide or high-performance/high-temperature nylon). Thanks to its high-performance nylon matrix, this composite filament has excellent mechanical and thermal properties compared to other nylon filaments. Due to the well-controlled distribution and length distribution of the short carbon fibers (15% by weight), PPA CF has a lower density, lower moisture absorption, high strength and rigidity, high wear and deformation resistance as well as excellent chemical and heat resistance. It is promising for end-user applications in the automotive, aerospace, electrical and electronic industries (E&E).
