1. Dry PET GF at 70-80°C for 8-12 hours before printing, as low moisture content is critical to the quality of the printed part
2. After drying, we recommend storing PET GF filaments in the RAISE3D filament dry box during the printing process.
3. When printing PET GF, the brass nozzle is frequently abrasive. The use of a abrasion-resistant nozzle, such as hardened steel or a rubber nozzle, is highly recommended.
4. After printing, it is recommended that the printed model be cured in an oven at 80-100°C for 8-12 hours.
5. For a small model (side length < 50 mm), heating is recommended at 80℃ for 8 hours; for a medium-sized model (50 mm < side length < 150 mm), heating at 80℃ is recommended for 12 hours; For a large model, heating at 100°C is recommended for at least 12 hours.
6. After annealing, a dimensional shrinkage of not more than 0.1 % is observed in the Z axis depending on the filling and the layer height, and no significant dimensional shrinkage in the XY axis.
7. If PET GF is also used as carrier material, please remove the support structure after annealing.
