Rhodius 202851 LSA F1 Flap disc Grit size 40 Steel 10 pc(s)

Suitable for machines: This fan-type grinding disc (blade) is suitable for angle grinders of all power classes. Material suitability: Rhodius fan grinding disc LSA F1 was developed specifically for the machining of stainless steel (e.g. V2A, 1.4301), steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. Construction and production: The disc is manufactured in accordance with EN 13743 and has been tested for safety and is also OSA certified. It has a glass fiber backing plate. The user can apply Hohem contact pressure. With LSA F1, a high-quality aluminum oxide (corundum) is used as grinding grain. This is self-sharpening. All Rhodius-lamellae are also free of iron and sulfur. The lamellas are conical on this disc. The conical arrangement of the lamellas of 10° improves the ergonomics during grinding and thus facilitates the handling. Application: The special "top-size-coating" of the lamellas simultaneously provides for a still cooler grinding. Dimensions: The fan grinding disc is available in diameters 115 mm and 125 mm and, depending on the version, with FEPA grain sizes 40, 60, 80 and 120.
