Description

The grinding stone with grains of 1000 and 3000 is the most versatile. It is precisely this grain that allows two tasks to be performed effectively at the same time: Coarse sharpening (removal of microcracks and wear marks) and fine sharpening (removal of the blade and cutting edge into a flawless state). Even beginners can use Japanese samura grindstones problemlos . You can use it to sharpen high-quality knives made of high-density steel in your kitchen.
