Water sensor for digital inputs to PLC and other controls, corrosion-resistant casting for highest safety and durability, screw-on for floor mounting, compact, heavy design, tough-elastic, impact-resistant, conditional protection against accidental entry

Sensor with two V4A metal contacts molded in plastic housing. As soon as water or another conductive liquid touches the two contacts, the resistance between the two wires decreases from a few mega-ohms to a few 100 ohms. This allows digital inputs of controllers with internal pull-up resistor to be triggered. The sensor cables can be easily extended, cross-section: 2 x 0.14 square millimeter.
