The Scotch ® Electrical insulating tape 88 is a specially thick Premium-Tape Electrical insulating tape with carrier made of PVC film. It is characterized by its high abrasion-resistance and mechanical capacity. The tape is coated with natural rubber adhesive, even at temperatures below excellent adhesive strength and elasticity. The 0.22 millimeter thick adhesive tape is self-extinguishing and long-term temperature resistant up to 105°C. It keeps a breakdown voltage of 10,000 volts and is resistant to moisture, UV radiation, oil, acids, alkalis and Copper corrosion.
