Description

Protect and monitor end circuitsProtective devices such as miniature circuit breakers or fire protection switches are used close to the consumer in terminal circuits. In the event of overload, short circuit or arcing, disconnect the affected circuit from the mains. 5SL6 COM and AFDD/LS 5SV6 COM circuit breakers with measuring and communication capability record information about the switch status and faults in the circuit. With the help/fault signal switches 5ST3 COM, standard circuit breakers 5SY, 5SP4 and 5SL as well as fault current circuit breakers 5SV3 and FI/LS switches 5SU1/5SV1 can also be expanded with measurement and communication functions with little effort and small space requirements. Communication-enabled devices can be connected wirelessly to the 7KN PowerCenter 1000 data transceiver. It collects the measurements and transmits them to mobile devices, PCs or higher-level IoT interfaces for visualization and evaluation, which they provide for cloud applications. Transparency and plant safety are increased.Bundle and forward measurementsData Transceivers 7KN PowerCenter 1000 collect data for communications and measurable circuit breakers 5SL6 COM, AFDD/LS switch 5SV6 COM, auxiliary/fault signal switch 5ST3 COM. They communicate wirelessly with up to 24 terminals within a switchgear panel or an installation distributor. Measurements are stored in the 7KN PowerCenter 1000 for up to 30 days. The data can be retrieved on site via Bluetooth® with a mobile terminal or forwarded to higher-level systems using Modbus TCP. With the SENTRON powermanager power monitoring system, you can, for example Energy flows can be visualized and optimized. Via the IoT data platform 7KN PowerCenter 3000, the collected data can be sent and evaluated directly to a web server or cloud applications.
