SIMOTICS S-1FL6 Operating voltage 230 V 3 AC PN=0.75 kW- NN=3000 RPM M0=2.39 Nm- MN=2.39 Nm Axle height 40 mm Encoder absolute 20 bit (12 bit multiturn) Smooth shaft Tolerance N with holding brake Protection class IP65 with sealing ring compatible with the SINAMICS V90 servo motor SIMOTICS S-1FL6 LI converters for simple and higher dynamic applications in connection with the SINAMICS V90 servo converter. The motor can be combined with the SINAMICS V90 converter and THE MOTION-CONNECT 300 connection technology to form a powerful servo system with high functionality. This results in a consistent drive system. Wherever highly dynamic and exact motion sequences are required, the drive system consisting of SIMOTICS S-1FL6 and SINAMICS V90 is the first choice. Users benefit from the high dynamics, precision and compactness. The SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motor is a permanent magnet-controlled synchronous motor and designed for operation without external cooling. The heat is dissipated via the motor surface. A quick-connection plug enables a quick and easy mounting of the motors. The servo motor with a high dynamic response and a low moment of inertia (low-inertia motor) is available in four axle heights and a braking power of 0.05 kW to 2.00 kW. The standard motor has protection class IP65 and natural cooling. The servo motor covers the rated torque from 0.16 Nm to 6.37 Nm and the rated speed from 3000 rpm-1. In addition, the motor has either an incremental encoder TTL 2500 PPR, an absolute encoder Singleturn 21-bit as well as an absolute encoder Multiturn 20-bit. The SIMOTICS S-1FL6 LI servo motor can be operated using various options, such as, for example Plugs, encoders and other accessories can be individually adapted to the requirements of the user.
