Slice 10482 Deburrer Type (deburrer): D 1 pc(s)

The Slice® 10482 deburrer was developed due to the high customer demand for a robust, long-life deburring tool. This tool, specially designed for industrial use, is perfect for deburring sheet metal edges, injection-molded parts made of plastic and 3D-printed prototypes.

The 10482 is delivered with a 10483 deburring blade (convex) and is compatible with the optional 10484 deburring blade (concave). You can use the tool in many different ways thanks to the two blade options. The robust glass-fiber reinforced nylon handle contains a practical blade storage compartment, so that you can quickly change between the two types of blade. Thanks to the slim grip of the 10482, this tool can be used in awkward corners and places.

We at Slice use 100% pure zirconium oxide for the production of our deburring blades (a material that is much harder than steel) and, thanks to the thicker design, make full use of the hardness of this high-performance ceramic. Slice ceramic blades are non-sparking, non-magnetic, non-conductive and stainless. No additional tools are required to replace the blade.
