Slice 10483 Deburrer blade Type (deburrer): D 1 pc(s)

Get perfectly smooth products and workpieces with the long-life Slice® 10483 deburring blade (convex). This robust deburring blade was developed for industrial use and seamlessly removes burrs and other surface defects of materials such as sheet metal edges or injection-molded parts. The convex blade is made from 100% zirconium oxide, a type of ceramic that is many times harder than steel. This makes it a more robust alternative to conventional steel deburring blades, because they last up to 11 times longer than metal blades - which means that the blades need to be replaced less frequently. The 10483 was developed especially for use with the Slice 10482 deburrer. This blade is chemically neutral and does not rust. It does not need any additional care and remains sharp for a long time.

A worn-out blade can be easily replaced. To do this, hold down the safety button and push the outer sleeve off the blade holder. The new blade is then inserted into the holder and the tool is reassembled. This blade is not only robust and durable, but also reaches difficult to reach areas and corners thanks to its maneuverable design. The Slice burring blade thus increases the productivity and efficiency at the work place and at the same time reduces injuries-related costs considerably.
