Description

Crisp Creme Brulee toppings, skinning peppers, roasting meat - kitchen blow torches are great when it comes to adding that little extra special taste to your cooking. The long handle ensures safe and easy use. Firing up the torch happens via a large button on the rear end. Depending on the recipe, using the selector wheel, flame temperature can be inifinitely adjusted to up to 1300 °C. And if you are catering for a large company, no prob a all: the gas tank lasts for 90 min non-stop operation. Moreover, the burner comes with a wide-base stand and a child lock to prevent young ones from torching everything in reach. Safety-tested: no need to worry about unintended flambes. The torch is made of a plastic/aluminium compound ensuring durability and heat resistance. Cleaning is done by using a wet cloth.
