Description
Elegant design meets highest precision!
The VOLTCRAFT® SEM8500 WiFi energy cost measuring device offers you the perfect compromise of design and functionality. The SEM8500's 55 by 55 millimeter pure white housing conceals absolutely high-quality measurement technology that measures precise power consumption and power factor up to 3 decimal places.
6 independent measurements
View total energy consumption or consumption of individual sockets
Evaluation of consumption in the desired file format
The evaluation of energy consumption in the form of graphs can be easily and conveniently converted into various Office and Google formats. Whether you want to evaluate days, weeks, months or years!
The smartphone becomes a remote control
Switch the VOLTCRAFT® SEM8500 on and off simply via the smartphone or tablet. Thus, it not only functions as a current cost measuring device, but also makes your terminal device a remote control at the same time!
Automatic switching of connected devices
Your lighting should switch on automatically at 8 pm and off again at 6 am? No problem. Program switching times! You can easily enter the switching times on your smartphone or tablet. In total, you can program 12 switching times (either on or off) for the SEM8500. Each switching time can be programd once or with repetition (selection of the weekdays on which the switching time is repeated). Programming is also carried out if the paired end device is not in the WiFi connection!
Timer Mode
Do you want the TV to switch off after 30 minutes or the fan to remain on for 20 minutes? Simply terminate the automatic switching off of the measuring device and thus also the connected consumer via smartphone.
Burglary protection included!
Especially during the holiday season one often asks himself the question how one can secure his home against break-ins. The VOLTCRAFT® SEM8500 energy cost measuring device has an "anti-burglar mode", which switches on and off the connected lighting or the TV in random mode. This way you can easily simulate your presence!
1-year memory for energy consumption data in the cloud
Store up to 1 year's worth of hourly energy consumption data in the cloud. Cloud data is automatically synchorized via a mobile app.
Extensive app with many functions:
1. Displays real-time power consumption, current and power factor (up to 3 decimal places)
2. Graph view of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly power consumption history (with filter function) and data export (in CSV format or via email)
3. Countdown timer for switching the SEM8500
4. Set the rules for switching on the smart meter connector
5. Cost analysis by power consumption history (in EUR or USD)
6. Overload protection
7. Random timer as anti-burglars mode
8. Night mode setting
9. Master-slave function
