Wiska 10105881 Cable gland shockproof, with strain relief, with seal M20 Brass (Ni-plated) Ecru 1 pc(s)

A microporous, liquid-tight and breathable ePTFE membrane is integrated into the breathing VentGLAND® cable gland.
Despite water permeability, a membrane is able to exchange air and thus avoid the difference in pressure between the inside of the housing and the environment. The cause of condensation is thus eliminated.
The patented product is cable gland and pressure compensation in one.
Optimum sealing and strain relief by special WISKA lamellae system with enlarged contact surfaces and large sealing range. Sealing to the housing by additional silicone O-ring.
Available in various sizes and materials.
Due to the design of the sealing materials made of silicone, the screw joint is well suited for use at low temperatures.
In addition, these products are approved according to DIN 45545 and are thus ideally suited for use in the railway industry.
