Description
The 483 mm (19") IP55 outdoor wall housings are manufactured for industrial applications. They are based on the IP55 protection class compliant with EN 60529 and are thus protected against water and dust ingress.The wall housings offer best performance, among other things, through the 3-point locking system with lockable pivot lever handle and insulated cable inputs. Integrated ventilation filter housings provide fresh air intake (protection against water and dust ingress in accordance with IP54). Applications include outdoor areas that are exposed to environmental effects (rain, dust, hail, snow, water spray). The wall housings can be used with a base as a free-standing solution (the rear mounting holes are closed with plugs, which are removed from the bottom of the housing when the base is installed).
