Description

Halogen-free installation cables with improved fire performance in the event of fire are used for telephone transmission, measurement and signal purposes. The copper braid (C) protects the transmission circuits against electrical interference fields. A fire transmission is prevented by the high oxygen index of the insulation and the sheath. They do not release corrosive gases in case of fire. They are preferably used for remote installation within buildings. The cables are suitable for fixed laying in fire and fire-endangered areas, dry and damp rooms as well as in, on and under plaster. Not approved for heavy current installation or for underground installation. EMC = electromagnetic compatibility; to optimize the EMC properties, we recommend that copper braid contacts are made on both sides and over a wide area.
