LUKAS-ERZETT A10031210621 Planer Steel Sphere 12 mm Length 40 mm Product size (Ø) 12 mm Working length 40 mm Shank diame

Quickly outstanding surface results on cast
Even in the most extreme applications, cutting breaks are very rare
Thanks to facet gearing, the cutting edges remain sharp for longer: Less force is required when working and the machine wear is low
Efficient use: Large clamping volume in a short time thanks to a large cross-section of the chip
High clamping volume through coarse serration for quick working
Little effort required when working with short chips
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
Perfect surface result through facet gearing
Robust cutting and teeth prevent outbreaks and save valuable time
Very smooth tool with few vibrations and without rattling thanks to optimized clamping angle
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
The tooth geometry of the Milling pin Cast provides for perfect surface results with cast materials. The large cross-section ensures fast, efficient working and a large clamping volume. Even in the most extreme applications, cutting breaks can only occur in exceptional cases, while at the same time Hohem chip volume and an optimized chip angle. The fact that this burr has been faceted teeth makes all this possible. The high-quality steel shaft of the milling pin fits optimally in the drive machine. Clamps, slip or even shaft breakage are a thing of the past. Due to special chip dividers, only a little effort is required thanks to short chips in use and the machine wear is low. Long-lasting sharp cutting edges also contribute to the facets of the cast. The tool runs smoothly, without rattling or vibrations.
