Easy rear-side deburring in places that are difficult to reach
Thanks to special V-soldering, dangerous shank breaks are prevented even under high tensile load
Working efficiently: Quickly produce a lot of abrasion with good surface results at the same time
Allows precisely defined 45° chamfers
Perfect dimensional stability: Fits optimally into the drive machine
No dangerous shank breakage thanks to high-quality steel shaft
Long blades without interruptions offer the best surface results in optimal time
With economical simple teeth
For time-saving processing of hard to reach places in pipes, casings or containers
This burr allows easily the otherwise complicated reverse deburring. Precisely defined 45° chamfers in pipes, housings or containers that are difficult to reach can be created easily and time-saving. The long cutting of the backward deburring tool does not need any interruptions and their cost-effective simple teeth give the best surface results. Thus, the reverse deburrer produces efficiently a lot of abrasion in no time. The machining of cast steel, welded seams, hardened and unhardened steels with high strength and stainless steel is no problem. Thanks to special V-soldering the shank cracks caused by excessive strain are prevented. The high-quality steel shaft of the backward deburrer fits optimally in the power engine. Clamps, slip or even shaft breakage are a thing of the past. The zinc-nickel coating keeps this tool free of rust.
