Manuflex LZ8236.3003 ESD ESD tray can be rotated for UNIVERSAL and CANTOLAB workbenches, WxT 570 x 370 mm Ruby red

The progressive development in electronics tends to be smaller and smaller components. With the constantly reduced size of various components, even the microscopic distances between the insulators and circuits within the components are reduced, so that suitable static protection measures are required. Tiny static discharges are not noticeable to individuals, but are nevertheless harmful to electronic components and components. What is more, the damage caused by the electrostatic charge cannot be detected by the naked eye. Electrostatically protected areas and individual ESD workstations are required in almost all electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. With our ESD workstation systems we help you to avoid electrostatic discharge and protect your components. The ESD tray with double-joint swivel arm for all UNIVERSAL and CANTOLAB workbenches, can be rotated and is used to optimize the work performance by providing tools directly at the workplace. Tools and devices can be provided by the stable steel sheet construction and the 15 mm edging on all sides. The width of the ESD tray is 570 mm. It has a depth of 370 mm. The storage board is high-quality powder-coated in ruby red RAL 3003 conductive. The tray is attached to aluminum mounting portals with the help of the double-joint swivel arm. The double-joint swivel arm has a length of 700 mm and a maximum load capacity of 15 kg. Thanks to the double-joint swivel boom, the tool carrier can be positioned precisely and individually at the workplace and after application can also be removed from the gripping and viewing area.
