Machine suitability: The Rhodius sanding belt ESB CL is a flexible continuous grinding belt for use with a hand-held belt sander. Material suitability: It has been specially developed for the machining of stainless steel (VA-steel, Inox), e.g. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304) as well as steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The user achieves very good results on all the materials listed here. Construction and production: A flexible and tear-resistant cotton T-fabric is used as a base. The tape has a self-sharpening and particularly aggressive ceramic grain. The grain is particularly dense. Binding of synthetic resin with abrasive additives (top size) ensures cool sanding. Quality: The ESB CL gives the user the best Rhodius tool in his category. Rhodius Topline products stand for the highest level of performance and quality. Application: The quality grinding belts from Rhodius are particularly suitable for edge grinding. They are the first choice if stainless or acid-resistant steel, if high-strength or high-alloy sheet metal, if tool steel or hardened steel has to be machined. If they are used on a pipe belt grinder, they adapt optimally to the shape of the workpiece. A decisive advantage when round workpieces have to be machined. Dimensions: The ESB CL sanding belt for hand-held belt grinders is available in many versions and in widths of 10 mm and 20 mm as well as in lengths of 330 mm and 520 mm. In order to always achieve an optimum work result and finishing quality, the user can select from several grains from 36 to 80. Branches: Rhodius abrasive belts are the perfect tool for the various applications and challenges in the workshop and in the locksmith shop, in plant engineering, container construction, container construction or in the pipeline construction.
