Rhodius Rhodius SHBG, 12 pieces of hand brush 5 rows, straight, Topline, for steel SHBG 353058 12 pc(s)

Machine suitability: The brush SHBG is used in manual operation. Material suitability: This brush is specially designed for the machining of steel (structural steel also called black steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel and achieves optimum results. Construction and production: The SHBG uses smooth, high-quality steel wire as a stocking material. The brush has less flexibility, but is particularly suitable for welding seam machining and removal of heavy burrs. Quality: The hand brush is made of beech wood. Beech is neither too soft nor too hard, comfortable in the hand, the handle hardly splinters. It can be used to achieve a very high cleaning performance. The SHBG gives the user the best Rhodius tool in his category. Rhodius Topline products stand for the highest level of performance and quality. Application: This hand brush is universally applicable This Rhodius steel hand brush is ideal for machining high-strength or high-alloy steels, tool steels, hardened steels and high-strength sheets. Dimensions: The wire thickness of the SHBG is 0.35 mm. This hand brush is available in 2, 3, 4 or 5 row section of stocking wire. Industries: It is the perfect tool for the various applications and challenges in the car workshop and in the locksmith's shop, in plant engineering, in container construction, boiler and container construction, in construction of structural steel, in the construction of pipelines and also on mounting. Note: The diameter of a brush, the length of the respective trimming and the density of the filling are decisive factors for the best results in surface machining. The longer the wire length, the softer and more flexible the brush is. The brushes are therefore excellently suitable for machining structured workpieces and for a gentle surface treatment. The shorter the wire length of the brush, the more aggressively the brush can be used. For the most efficient surface machining, you can select here at best the maximum brush diameter, which can be mounted on the respective drive unit. A high stocking density is not only the basis for optimum performance, but also for a long service life of the brush. Lower stocking densities in turn increase the flexibility of the wire and allow for better machining of profiled surfaces.
