Rhodius Rhodius STBW, 9 Cup brush 60 x 21 x M14, corrugated, Proline, for steel STBW 353088 9 pc(s)

Machine suitability: The STBW technical brush is designed for use on angle grinders with M14 chuck. Please observe the working speed and safety speed. Each product is marked with a maximum safety speed. This is decisive for your safety in the workplace and must never be exceeded. Adjusting to the maximum permitted working speed enables the use of speed-controlled machines. In addition, hand-held machines may only be equipped with brushes with a maximum diameter of 180 mm! Material suitability: This brush is specially designed for the machining of steel (structural steel also called black steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel and achieves optimum results. Construction and production: As stocking material, corrugated quality steel wire is used by STBW. This most commonly used stocking material is particularly suitable for easy surface treatment and deburring. The brush is especially flexible. Quality: With the STBW, the user receives a tool that meets the high quality requirements in industry and trade. To work even more economically, Rhodius Quality Line PRO brushes are recommended. Application: Pot brushes are particularly well suited for the efficient treatment of large surfaces, welding seams and metal plates. They are particularly used for cleaning, deburring, degreasing and removing rust. This Rhodius steel cup brush is ideal for machining high-strength or high-alloy steels, tool steels, hardened steels and high-strength sheet metals. Dimensions: The wire thickness of the STBW is 0.30 mm. This pot brush is available in the diameters of 65 mm, 75 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm and 125 mm. Industries: It is the perfect tool for the various applications and challenges in the car workshop and in the locksmith's shop, in plant engineering, in container construction, boiler and container construction, in construction of structural steel, in the construction of pipelines and also on mounting. Note: The diameter of a brush, the length of the respective trimming and the density of the filling are decisive factors for the best results in surface machining. The longer the wire length, the softer and more flexible the brush is. The brushes are therefore excellently suitable for machining structured workpieces and for a gentle surface treatment. The shorter the wire length of the brush, the more aggressively the brush can be used. For the most efficient surface machining, you can select here at best the maximum brush diameter, which can be mounted on the respective drive unit. A high stocking density is not only the basis for optimum performance, but also for a long service life of the brush. Lower stocking densities in turn increase the flexibility of the wire and allow for better machining of profiled surfaces.
