Description
A real MAN!
TAMIYA expanded with the facelift of the MAN TGX 26,540 in the Euro 5 version 2013 its RC car-series to another German 3-axle traction engine. Noteworthy is the new radiator grille with the large MAN-Logo. With the 526 mm long and around 3 kg heavy kit model of the MAN-truck of 2007, which was named as truck of the year in 2008, impressive carriages can be assembled. Under the forward tilting cab is the proven and robust Tamiya Truck technology. A powerful electric motor delivers a switchable 3-speed manual gearbox power to both rear axles. A detailed aluminium chassis gives the model the stability it needs. Thanks to its high intrinsic weight and a fifth-wheel plate the MAN TGX 26,540 can be coupled with numerous TAMIYA and CARSON-MODEL SPORT trailers. The optional multifunction unit can simulate almost all sound and lighting functions of the original.
