RTUS 008 MS conical solder tip Ø 0.8 mmMIL-SPEC (IPC - TM-650 2.5.33)Tool compatibility: For use with the intelligent soldering iron WXUPS MS and the soldering station WXsmartPerfect for all ultra soldering applications with very Hohem heat requirementThe Thermal Core Technology delivers maximum performance to the tip, 150 W provides maximum power on the solder joint, so that even multilayer PCBs can be soldered preciselyExtremely fast heating-up time of just 7 seconds for robust applications with Hohem power requirementThe active tip technology (cartridge) from Weller provides for an optimized heat transfer with a maximum power of 150 W at 24 V. The extremely fast heating-up time of 7 seconds provides an excellent heat transfer and recovery time during the soldering process for a continuous work flow at high power. Maximum precision:Short distance from tip to handle and optimized tip shape ensure maximum precision during soldering.Thermal Core Technology provides high performance at the top150 W provide maximum power to the solder joint, so that even multi-circuit boards can be soldered preciselyUnique identification of intelligent soldering tipsThe soldering station WXsmart by Weller automatically identifies each RTMS-soldering tip (cartridge)Complete process control with solder tip locking functionLocked parameters at the soldering tip enable a complete process control and prevent errors in the soldering processFull traceability with solder tip ID number and built-in data storage:Every intelligent soldering tip has an individual serial number for a unique detection. The integrated data storage provides for a complete traceability of the calibration history.Accurate data results with soldering tip offset function:With the help of the soldering tip offset function you can change the reference point of the sensor easily. Simply supplement the measured position offset value and the zero point of the sensor is converted and reset. The soldering tip offset offers a simple way to obtain the best results and achieve the highest accuracy.Fast, safe and simple soldering tip change: Despite hot temperatures, the patented intelligent soldering tips (cartridge) from Weller can be changed quickly without the need for additional tools.Maximum protectionThe intelligent soldering tips RTUS MS fully comply with the IPC industry standards (IPC-TM-650 2.5.33 measuring electrical overvoltage when soldering hand tools) and are also MIL-SPEC compliant. This provides maximum protection for printed circuit boards and components, providing excellent results and keeping operating costs low.
