The Wera Cyclops combines 5 ratchet types in a ratchet - in addition, it can be used as screwdriver:

6. The Cyclops ratchet screwdriver are genuine high-speed turners: The rotor construction provides for the acceleration of the screw-process. The rotation symmetrical design of the Kraftform handle and the free-run sleeve support the rapid twirling. Especially when by a too smooth thread the catch is not yet engage.
