Steering wheel control interface Compatible with: Nissan
The adapter interface for steering wheel remote control signals converts the factory control elements into standardized ISO signals, thus enabling the steering wheel remote control to be maintained when the radio is replaced. It is designed for vehicles with five steering wheel functions and ensures that each button is assigned to the corresponding retrofit function to ensure consistent operation. Compatibility with Blaupunkt 1-DIN OEM radios enables direct connection to the original radio harness, WAS simplifies installation and minimizes cabling overhead. The vehicle-specific fit for selected Nissan models reduces the installation time through the consistency of plug assignment and pin assignment in the vehicle.

Description
This car Hi-Fi adapter converts the outputs of steering wheel remote control into an ISO-compatible connection for the integration in retrofit radios. It connects the vehicle wiring harness to an original Blaupunkt-compatible 1-DIN radio or an ISO car radio and transmits the signals from up to five steering wheel remote controls, so functions such as volume, title selection and source selection continue to work. The installation is done simply by plugging the adapter into the Nissan harness and the radio harness, whereby the original plug assignment and signal guide are retained. The unit is suitable for retrofitting certain Nissan K12 and E11 models, in which the steering wheel remote control is to be retained without changing the vehicle wiring or the new car radio.
