Description
The CTEK POLAR is a unique charger with a modern, sophisticated technology and special functions for charging in severe cold. It was developed for vehicles that need good battery maintenance during the cold winter months, such as snowmobiles, ATV, off-road vehicles and cars. It has a function with modified charging voltage for optimum charging
at extremely low temperatures. Another unique feature is the reconditioning function (that recreates deeply discharged batteries with the formation of an acid layer), available for small and normal-sized batteries. The CTEK POLAR is equipped on both sides with extremely cold-resistant rubber cables. With the highly developed, eight-step charging system the charger analyses whether the battery is able to take and hold a charge. It works fully automatically and switches to trickle charge once the battery is fully charged – a great advantage in cold weather. It also works in mild climates,
although was designed for charging between -30 and +50°C.
