Assembly pliers in original equipment quality for LowProfile and ToothLock clamping clamps of the product group 292, as they are used in many new vehicles including BMW. Never improvise again: The knee lever mechanism generates a closing force of more than 4000 N. This makes it possible to fully exploit the high radial forces that are achieved with the ToothLock clamp technology.
The geometry of the clamp tips has been specially developed to fit the 292 clamping tunnels. The end of the tool path corresponds to the minimum terminal diameter in the working area and thus ensures a clean, reproducible crimping of the clamping clip.
With an opening gap of 31.0 mm in open and 14.0 mm in closed condition, the pliers cover the working range of the 292 clamps. At 325.0 mm length, 62.0 mm width and 612 g weight it remains handy enough for work on the landing gear area.
