Description
The TMR 12WI series offers insulated DC/DC converters with 12 watts of power and regulated outputs. This series offers a power density of 4.73 W/cm³ in an ultra-compact SIL-8 metal housing with a base area of 2.0 cm². Efficiency of up to 90% allows a working temperature range of –40° to +65°C without power reduction in convection cooling. Other features include external on/off function and I/O isolation of 1600 VDC. Owing to its very compact dimensions this series is suitable for a number of applications, where space is critical.
