The L 406, the second generation of the Düsseldorf-based transporter, was to become the agile vehicle for high-speed rail distribution at Union Transport. In the 1960s, he rounded the fleet down in the red line of Union Transport. In 1967, Mercedes-Benz presented the L 406 as a new series, adapting the optics to the Cuban generation. Until well into the eighties, the van was supposed to be widely used as a bread-and-butter car. Union transport once ensured reliable distribution of goods both in long-distance transport and in close-range transport.
